If you are a Trader then we will need to collect certain data and information from you so that we can carry out any business activities together. This information may be collected:
When you register on our website as a Trader
When you apply on our website to work at one of our Events
During the course of our business dealings and conversations around the provision of your service
In order to comply with applicable regulations and rules relating to the provision of the service as required by law and/or us, the Event Organiser, local authority or other relevant organisation (i.e. Health and Safety, Environmental etc.).
This information is managed separately from other data provided to us and we only ask for information necessary for us to carry out our business together such as:
Contact Name so we know who to talk to and liaise with at the company
Stall / Company / Trader Name so we know your business name
Company address for invoicing / contractual purposes
Email address and contact number so we can liaise with you around events
Social media information so we can help to promote you through our social media activity when you are at our events
Information about your business and the service you provide so that we understand what you do and can effectively match you with events
Practical details and information about and relating to your business, including information and documentation relating to laws and regulations (e.g. health and safety, food hygiene etc.)
Financial and invoicing information for invoicing, payments and financial transactions.
If you are a registered Trader with us, then we will use your information to send you information about upcoming events relevant to you that you may wish to apply for. You have a right to tell us to stop contacting you at any time and to find out more about how we store and use your data. We will always act on your instructions and aim to put you in control of your relationship with us.
We will not share your data for others’ marketing purposes, nor will we sell or trade your information to other companies.
In some situations we will have a legitimate business interest or contractual reason for sharing your data and information around your business with a third party such as an Event Organiser, Venue Owner or a Local Authority. This is so that both you and us can provide their service and fulfil our contractual obligations in relation to any event.
