Application for Artisan Market, celebrASIA 25

Following its hugely successful debut, celebrASIA is back for its second year in September 2025. This three day cultural celebration of South East Asia at Battersea Power Station broke all records in 2024, with over 154,000 guests in attendance. The 2025 event will be bigger and better with an even wider street food and artisan market offering to cater for demand. The free-to-attend event takes place inside and outside the iconic Power Station.

For our Artisan Market we are looking for…

  • Produce and pre-packaged snacks: We’re looking for sauces, jams, condiments, packaged snacks, drinks or treats..

  • Crafts: jewellery, candles, homewares, clothing, accessories, gifts and more

Load in: Wed 3rd-Thu 4th Sep 25

Show Dates: Fri 5th-Sun 7th Sept

Load out: Post-show Sun 7th Sep

Applications close: end of March 2025 (although we do start signing off applications before this date)

Turbine Halls, Battersea Power Station, London SW11

Fees

Pitch Fee (for 3 days): £450 + VAT

Power fee: N/A (access to a shared power bank with sockets for phone and card machine charging is included)

Stall hire and signage are also included

If you would like to apply to Trade at this event, please complete the application form below - you will need to include your Unique Trader Code (UTC) to complete your application. 

Once we have received the application, we will contact you to ask you to send your H&S documentation and images of your stall/products - we will not be able to consider your application without this information.

If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking within a month of the application deadline. We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non-refundable Pitch Fee + VAT, along with any Impact Bond and Power Fees.

Please refer to the standard KM Presents Terms & Conditions (that you were sent and agreed to when first registering with us) - by applying to trade you are agreeing to be bound by the terms.  There will also be a specific agreement supplied for each events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in these event-specific documents will supersede the standard KM Presents ones where they differ.

Impact Deposit (payable in advance and returned at end of event): £100 per trader

This event is cashless and you must provide your own card machines for transactions

To apply as a Street Food trader see separate application. This will apply for any food to be eaten at the event including cakes, desserts and fresh snacks.
