Application for Wine Stalls & Artisan Market

We are delighted to announce the first ever Battersea Power Station Wine Festival 6th - 8th June 2025! This brand new event will take place inside and outside the iconic London venue. There’ll be panels, tastings and pairings with industry experts as well as wine bars, stalls and food from top restaurants and chefs. Many special guests and takeovers are to be announced makign this an event not to be missed. We expect over 100k attendees over 3 days.

We are looking for restaurants to create food and wine pairings, wine makers, distributors, bars and shops to sell wine by the bottle and related artisan gift items, from bottle openers to carafes. Pleaes note that while the festival runs from Friday 6th-Sunday 8th June, our Wine Stalls will only run on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th)

Load in Wine Stalls: Sat 7 June

Load in Artisan Market: Fri 6 June

Show Dates: Fri 6 - Sun 8 June (wine Stalls not open on Friday)

Load out: Sun 8th June (post-show)

Applications close: 12th April 2025 (NB we do start signing off applications before this date)

Pitch Fees

Wine Stalls (to sample and sell by the bottle): £500 + VAT (for 2 days: Sat/Sun)

Artisan Market (wine related gifts and experiences); £450 + VAT (for 3 days: Fri-Sun)

Power fee: N/A (access to a shared power bank with sockets for phone and card machine charging is included). Additinal power available for wine stalls at a cost of £150 + VAT per connection

Stall hire, table and signage are also included

If you would like to apply to Trade at this event, please complete the application form below - you will need to include your Unique Trader Code (UTC) to complete your application. 

Once we have received the application, we will contact you to ask you to send your H&S documentation and images of your stall/products - we will not be able to consider your application without this information.

If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking within a month of the application deadline. We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non-refundable Pitch Fee + VAT, along with any Impact Bond and Power Fees.

Please refer to the standard KM Presents Terms & Conditions (that you were sent and agreed to when first registering with us) - by applying to trade you are agreeing to be bound by the terms.  There will also be a specific agreement supplied for each events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in these event-specific documents will supersede the standard KM Presents ones where they differ.

Impact Deposit (payable in advance and returned at end of event): £100 per trader (Wine Stalls only)

This event is cashless and you must provide your own card machines for transactions
