Our bar host of the month, Long Arm Brewing Company will also be on hand offering tastings of their locally brewed beer, and a talk about achieving different flavours in brewing.

We’re looking forward to the April 9 market, when our resident bread vendor Desi Baker Boy will be discussing ‘Baking Speciality Breads at Home’, whilst new to the W5 Food Market Rum Cask will enlighten us to some of the history of rum, including its background with the Navy, and the meaning of ‘Gunpowder Proof’. Rum Cask will also host the bar at the April market, delighting us with their collection of cocktails all featuring rum.

This week's Ealing Bites is featuring "A guide to craft beer" from Riccardo of the Dragonfly Brewery. He'll be taking us through craft beer, from its definition and basic brewing science, through to the difference between lagers and ales. Topped off with with a brewery tour and sampler tray of 3 x 1/3 pints of home-brewed beers.
Please note there is a £5 brewery tour and tasting fee, payable on the night.
